Will's Coffee

Will’s Coffee is an independent coffee brand in Kuala Lumpur, founded by barista, roaster and coach Wilson.

We care about flavour, consistency and making good coffee approachable. Alongside roasting, we offer hands-on training and practical support for people running or opening cafés.

Our coffee bar and roastery is taking shape at Old Klang Road. In the meantime, coffee supply, training and café-opening support are available by enquiry.

What We Do 

We operate across three core areas:
café development, wholesale coffee supply, and professional training.

Each is designed to improve consistency, structure, and execution in real-world coffee environments.

1. Café Development

We help cafés build strong operational foundations — from workflow design to bar execution and team training.

Scope:

• 2–6 month implementation support (depending on project scale)

• Opening support or existing café restructuring

• On-site and remote advisory

Focused on systems that are practical, repeatable, and scalable.

2. Wholesale Coffee Supply

We supply coffee for cafés and partners who value consistency in every cup.

Scope:

• Seasonal espresso & filter programs

• Weekly / bi-weekly supply cycles

• Calibration support for café partners

Our roasting focuses on clarity, balance, and origin expression.

3. Training and Coaching

Structured programs for baristas and competitors.

Scope:

• 1-day foundational sessions

• 2–4 week structured training programs

• Competition preparation coaching (custom timeline)
